Before ordering, please carefully read this article to ensure a clear understanding of our shipping processes and policies.
Your dress will be carefully enclosed in a waterproof bag. For added protection of delicate details like beading and appliqués, most dresses will be packed inside out. Upon receiving your dress, please remember to reverse it.
Supported Countries
We offer home delivery to locations in the UK. And we use DHL to ship your orders very tightly sealed.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes addresses and Military APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
SHIPPING TIMELINES:
Total Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time.
Each item has a unique processing or production time, it usually takes 7--10 days to finish your product.
DHL takes 3--7 days to deliver your orders. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if applicable) once your order ships. Please contact us if you did not receive your order within 7 days.
If you need your order sooner, we do offer expedited shipping on select orders. To know the shipping fee, please contact us by service@mondressy.co.uk.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
At this time, we are only able to apply one address per order. We cannot split and order and ship products to separate locations.
If you were planning to order items for your party and want them to be shipped directly to them, you'll need to either place separate orders for each party member or place a single order and ship them out directly yourself once the package is delivered to you.
Undelivered Packages
Our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Mondressy.
As an undelivered package and will be tagged as return to sender. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at service@mondressy.co.uk to make arrangements for reshipment.
Cancelled Orders
We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Kindly notify our customer service to cancel orders before 02:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting service@mondressy.co.uk
Make sure to include the following information when requesting an order cancellation: Order number & Contact information.
Order Status & Tracking
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) will enter the production process within 1 working day after payment is confirmed, as we mentioned, each order takes 5--9 days to complete.
When you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. When we fill in the courier information of your order, you will also receive a courier tracking number information. You can directly click on the link in the email to inquire about your order.
Tracking Order
Your tracking code will be shown in your order dispatched email.
If the parcel has not arrived after you had expected it to, please contact us at
service@mondressy.co.uk and we will be more than happy to help by
contacting the courier on your behalf.
Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
